What Dkx is

Dkx is a personal build of the open source Telegram client for iOS. Chats and messages are handled by Telegram as in the official app and are covered by the Telegram privacy policy. This page describes the Google Drive feature, the only place where Dkx works with Google user data.

Google user data the app accesses

The email address of the Google account, to show in the settings which account is linked.
OAuth tokens that let the app upload files on the user's behalf.
Files the user explicitly chooses to upload. The app requests only the drive.file scope, so it can see and change only the files it created, not the rest of the drive.

How the data is used

The data is used only to upload the files the user picked to the user's own Google Drive, into a "Dkx" folder with one subfolder per chat, and to avoid uploading the same file twice. Nothing else is done with it.

Storage and sharing

Tokens and the account email are stored in the iOS Keychain on the user's device only. They are not sent to the developer, not stored on any server of the developer and not shared with anyone. The app has no advertising and no analytics. Files travel directly from the device to Google.

Limited Use

Dkx's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

In the app, the button "Отвязать аккаунт" (Unlink account) in Dkx settings, Google Drive section, deletes the tokens and the email from the device. Access can also be revoked at any time in the Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Files already uploaded stay on the user's drive until the user deletes them.

Что такое Dkx

Dkx это личная сборка открытого клиента Telegram для iOS. Чаты и сообщения обрабатывает Telegram так же, как в официальном приложении, на них распространяется политика Telegram. Эта страница описывает выгрузку в Google Drive, единственное место, где Dkx работает с данными Google.

К каким данным Google есть доступ

Адрес почты Google-аккаунта, чтобы в настройках было видно, какой аккаунт привязан.
Ключи OAuth, с которыми приложение загружает файлы от имени пользователя.
Файлы, которые пользователь сам выбрал для загрузки. Приложение просит только право drive.file, поэтому видит и меняет лишь созданные им файлы, остальной диск ему недоступен.

Как данные используются

Только чтобы загрузить выбранные пользователем файлы на его собственный Google Drive, в папку Dkx с подпапкой на каждый чат, и не загрузить один файл дважды. Больше ни для чего.

Хранение и передача

Ключи и адрес почты хранятся в Keychain на устройстве пользователя и больше нигде. Разработчику они не передаются, на его серверах не хранятся, третьим лицам не отдаются. Рекламы и аналитики в приложении нет. Файлы идут с устройства прямо в Google.

Ограниченное использование

Использование и передача в другие приложения данных, полученных через API Google, соответствуют Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.

Как отозвать доступ

В приложении кнопка «Отвязать аккаунт» в настройках Dkx, раздел Google Drive, стирает ключи и почту с устройства. Отозвать доступ можно и в самом Google-аккаунте, на странице myaccount.google.com/permissions. Уже загруженные файлы остаются на диске, пока пользователь их не удалит.
